In her M&A role, Jennifer evaluates and executes acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture transactions and other business development opportunities aligned to Aerospace’s strategic initiatives. As leader of Aerospace’s Strategic Licensing business, Jennifer manages business professionals working to monetize Aerospace intellectual property rights through enforcement of audit rights and the execution of third-party licenses, including repair, manufacturing, software and technology licenses. The Strategic Licensing business has generated over $150M in operating income for Honeywell in each of the last five years.
Since joining Honeywell in 2006, Jennifer served as the General Counsel for the $6B Americas Aftermarket team, where she provided legal counsel to the commercial, business jet and defense space sales channels. She also served as General Counsel for the Mechanical Systems and Components and Electronic Solutions businesses, working with major airline manufacturers and customers. Jennifer is a founding member of Aerospace Women’s Leadership Council, and she participates as a sponsor in the Women and Diversity Career Advancement Programs.
Prior to joining Honeywell, Jennifer practiced transactional law in private law firms in Boston, Massachusetts and Dallas, Texas. Her practice involved private equity fund formation and oversight, as well as general corporate, securities and business advisory services to private and public companies. Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Arizona. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
Jennifer currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her three children and two dogs, and enjoys hiking, biking, cooking, and traveling.
