Steve Slijepcevic is President of the Mechanical Systems & Components (MS&C) Strategic Business Unit for Honeywell Aerospace. In this role, he is responsible for running a $3B business unit consisting of four business enterprises: Air & Thermal, Mechanical Components, Wheels & Brakes, and Federal Manufacturing & Technologies.
MS&C serves a wide range of global customers who make, operate, and maintain commercial air transport aircraft, business jets, general aviation and defense aircraft, and services.
Since joining Honeywell in 1995 as a design engineer in the Wheels & Brakes business, Slijepcevic has held a wide range of positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, program management, sales & marketing, customer & product support, and business leadership.
Before assuming his current role, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer for Honeywell Aerospace, responsible for implementing commercial growth processes and execution across Aerospace. This included direct oversight of Marketing, program management office, sales operations, pricing, product management operations, the Honeywell User Experience, and data governance.
Slijepcevic has also served as Vice President/General Manager of several customer and product business units across Honeywell Aerospace, including Navigation & Sensors, Mechanical Components, and the Embraer Customer Business Unit.
He holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana University.
