The U.S. Department of Energy Contractors Internal Audit Directors (CIAD) will be meeting in Albuquerque, NM, July 30, 2013 through August 1, 2013. Members of the CIAD provide the Secretary of Energy, the Department of Energy Office of Inspector General, and the public with assurance that the operations and management of the sites and activities within the DOE complex are improving effectiveness and efficiency while mitigating the risks associated with those operations as much as is reasonable.
