I am a computer scientist working in the Scalable Algorithms department in the Computation, Computers, Information and Mathematics center. My academic background is in computer science and my research spans a wide range of topics in applied mathematics, numerical analysis, and computer science.
Zoltan is a freely available software toolkit for Parallel Partitioning, Load Balancing and Data-Management Services . I serve on the Zoltan development team, and developed and maintain its interface to Scotch and its sparse matrix ordering capabilities.
Isorropia is a freely available software (part of Trilinos) package focused on load balancing but also in coloring and sparse matrix ordering.
