Presenter Information

  • It is the responsibility of the individual presenters to receive approval to give and have the presentation materials distributed after the conference. For US DOE presenters, this means that the Review and Approval process is the individual presenters responsibility.

  • For US DOE presenters, all presentations, papers, posters, and discussion will be unclassified. Other national classification restrictions are the responsibility of the individual presenter.
  • Presentation should be 25 minutes in length allowing 5 minutes for 'Questions and Answers'. The atmosphere is informal and presentations may be interrupted by questions and discussion.

  • A podium with lapel microphone will be available and it is requested that ALL presenters use the microphone.

  • A whiteboard or tablet will be available for free hand writing to facilitate discussion and to answer questions.
