The 3rd LEEM/PEEM workshop will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Albuquerque, NM on May 14-17, 2002.  The workshop will cover the theory, instrumentation and application of cathode lens microscopy including LEEM, PEEM, XPEEM, MEM and related techniques.  The purpose of the workshop is to review the present state of the field, to exchange experience between researchers, and to introduce interested scientists into LEEM/PEEM research.
