ieee_logo.gif 15.91 K  The 18th Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE)/Nuclear and Plasma Sciences Society (NPSS) Symposium on Fusion Engineering will be held on October 25-29, 1999 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. The venue for the meeting will be the Sheraton Uptown Hotel. (Reservations can be made via email.) The symposium is dedicated to the scientific, technological and engineering issues of fusion energy research. There will also be tours of Santa Fe and Acoma Indian Pueblo that you can register to attend.

The meeting will be hosted jointly by Sandia National Laboratories and Los Alamos National Laboratory. The symposium is regularly attended by over 350 fusion scientists and engineers from the international fusion community. The symposium is a mixture of oral and poster sessions allowing for extensive interactions among the participants.
