Dr. Natusch, Managing Director of Resource Development Ltd, is an authority on the production and utilisation of alternative fuels. He has 30 years consulting experience for commercial companies and agencies such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, UNDP, USDOE, USEPA and has worked throughout Australasia, S.E. Asia, Latin America, North America and Europe.
Dr. Natusch represents New Zealand on the APEC Energy Business Network (EBN) and has led, or been a member of, several EBN assistance teams invited to advise APEC economies on electricity and gas industry reform and development. His currently Chair of the APEC Energy Business Network.
Previously Dr. Natusch was Chairman and Professor of Chemistry at Colorado State University and a Professor at the University of Illinois. He has a D.Phil from Oxford University where he was a Rhodes Scholar at Balliol College and is widely published in Chemical, Environmental and Energy Journals. He is a Justice of the Peace.
