List of Oral Session Chairs

Guidelines for Oral Presentations

Oral sessions will be held in the De Anza rooms I-III. The morning oral sessions will begin at 10:00 AM and the afternoon oral sessions will begin at 3:00 PM. Presenters of contributed orals should prepare a 12 minute presentation, followed by 3 minutes for questions. Presenters of invited orals should prepare a 25 minute presentation, with 5 minutes for questions.

An LCD projector and computer will be provided in each of the oral sessions (no other presentation media will be accepted) to project PowerPoint or Adobe PDF files. Oral presenters should either e-mail their presentations (if smaller than 5 MB) to their session chair by noon on Friday, June 10 or send a CD via express delivery with signature confirmation for delivery by Wednesday, June 8. The session chair will confirm receipt of your presentation.

 Guidelines for Poster Presentations  

All poster sessions will take place in the Serra Ballroom. Presenters are requested to put up their posters at 9:30 AM and remove them at 5:30 PM on the day of their session. The posters are to be attended from 1:00 – 3:00 PM. The size of the poster boards are 4 feet by 8 feet and push pins will be provided. The poster papers will be numbered sequentially in the technical program.
