Tuesday, 6/14: Wine Tasting and Lunch at the Ventana Vineyards/Meador Estate Tasting Room, Tour of the Chateau Julien Wine Estate, and a visit to Earthbound Farms - $50.

The day includes a wine tasting and picnic lunch at Ventana Vineyards/Meader Estate's tasting rooms where we will enjoy their excellent wines and their beautiful gardens. The next stop is a special visit to Earthbound Farms to learn about the farming of fresh produce, flowers, and herbs before we're off to the tour of the Chateau Julien Wine Estate. The day is filled with much information; we'll learn about the Monterey County wine industry, observe beautiful scenery and talk about Carmel Valley's points of interest. The tour is five hours long. Wednesday, 6/15: Carmel Mission, Lunch & Shopping - $50

Tour the mission, visit the grounds and learn the rich history of the mission and Father Junipero Serra. After the tour we will have a delicious lunch and an afternoon of shopping. The package is five-six hours long. Find out more about the mission by visiting www.carmelmission.org.

Thursday, 6/16: National Steinbeck Center and Lunch at the Steinbeck House - $50

Tour the John Steinbeck Center and experience a journey through the Nobel Prize-winning author’s works, explore the stories of the Salinas Valley and its agricultural history, and enjoy a lunch at the Steinbeck House. After the tasty lunch we will have an opportunity to tour his house. This wonderful day will take about six hours. Friday, 6/17: Three Hour Whale Watching Tour starts at 9:00 am - $25

Experience the Wonderful Marine Life by taking a boat out into the Monterey Bay. Minimum 30 people but can accommodate for a larger number.

Enjoy a day at the Spa on the Plaza (next to the hotel). This is your day of relaxation to do on your own or go with a small group. It’s important to make an advance reservation.
