The Special Issue on Pulsed Power Science and Technology
Special Issue Guest Editors:

Dr. Mark Savage (Sandia National Laboratories)
A limited number of extended and revised versions of conference papers will be published in the Special Issue of the IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science on Pulsed Power Science and Technology to appear in October 2006. The Standing Committee, Pulsed Power Science and Technology of the IEEE Nuclear and Plasma Sciences Society along with the Guest Editors invite contributions to this issue.
In accordance with IEEE policy, duplicates of the papers submitted for publication in the conference proceedings cannot be published in the Transactions without extension or revision. The objective of this Special Issue is to provide the widest possible distribution of archival quality papers detailing the unique and innovative developments in the areas of pulsed power science and technology. Contributions to the special issue will undergo the same rigorous review standards as typical for all IEEE Transactions and Journals.
All contributions should reach the Guest Editors no later than September 30, 2005. The Guest Editors prefer that papers be submitted electronically at the IEEE site “Manuscript Central” at: http://tps-ieee.manuscriptcentral.com/.
