The PPC2005 Conference was a great success. Thanks to all who participated! Housing & Transportation: Hotel Registration Hotel Registration A room block has been reserved at the Portola Plaza Hotel in Monterey, offering a substantial discount from commercial room rates. This hotel is connected to the Monterey Conference Center, and all Conference functions will be held within these two facilities. We encourage you to stay at the Portola Plaza Hotel. Conference-attendee room rates will also be available both before and after the Conference to encourage travelers staying over the intervening weekend to attend the minicourse on Pulsed-Power-Driven Z-pinches and the subsequent International Conference on Plasma Science.
A limited number of government-rate rooms have also been reserved. If you feel you qualify for a government rate, please send your request to ppc2005@sandia.gov BEFORE you make your hotel reservation. If you are approved for the government rate - a code will be emailed to you that you MUST USE when making your hotel reservation. |
