III-V Compound Semiconductor Fabrication

Sandia National Laboratories grows the full spectrum of III-V Compound Semiconductor Materials for discretes, integrated circuits, optoelectronics, photonics, sensors and MEMS.

Epitaxial growth platforms include Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) tools for the growth of arsenides, phosphides, antimonides and nitrides, as well as Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) systems for the growth of arsenide, phosphide, antimonide and dilute nitride materials.
