Jon Custer is matrixed to the Nuclear Weapons Science & Technology Strategic Area. He manages the Readiness in Technical Base and Facilities (RTBF) Program, one of five major NNSA/NA-10 funded programs at Sandia. RTBF provides support for most Mission Critical facilities at Sandia, as well as funding technical projects that maintain critical skills.
