Q: Who can participate in the white paper/proposal process?
A: Only current NCMR members can submit proposals. If a current member chooses to team with another University, Lab, or Company, that entity can participate as a sub to the member.

Q: What are the requirements for PIs with research in the program? A: The minimum mandatory requirement is participation in the bi-annual technical reviews in the spring and summer. This includes progress reports (2-pagers) and formatted briefings be submitted by defined deadlines for each technical review.
