Full registration for the Meshing Roundtable is $745 ($845 after September 13, 2013). The registration fee covers registration for all sessions, proceedings, a flashdrive with the proceedings, breakfast and lunch each day, a reception on Monday evening, and snacks throughout the conference. It also covers the banquet awards ceremony on October 15th (guests excluded). This registration fee does not include the short courses that will be held on October 13th. The short course fee is $200 per attendee, which includes all course materials.
Student Registration: $295 ($395 after September 13, 2013). The student registration fee covers registration for all sessions, electronic proceedings (flashdrive only), and the awards ceremony on October 15th (guests excluded). Registered student attendees will enjoy the same privilege for all the meals (including the banquet) and snacks as attendees under regular registration, courtesy of our sponsors, even though the student fee does not include the cost of meals and snacks. This registration fee does not include the short courses that will be held on October 13th. The short course fee is $200 per attendee, which includes all course materials. Current student ID MUST be provided with the registration form to receive this reduced rate. Please check the appropriate place on the registration form if you are a student.
Guests: Additional fees for Banquet Dinner
On the registration site, we have provided an opportunity to bring guests to the Banquet Dinner. There will be an additional charge for each guest who accompanies you to this function. The Banquet is an additional $90 per guest. Children 12 and under are half price; toddlers and infants are free. Please keep in mind that this function is covered in the registration fee for all Meshing Roundtable attendees. Indicate on the registration form if you plan to invite guests to this function.
