2016 DOE/OE Peer Review

September 25 @ 12:00 am - 11:59 pm (MST)
Location: The Renaissance Hotel DuPont Circle Washington, DC
The Dept. of Energy’s Office of Electricity Delivery and Reliability (DOE OE), in conjunction with Sandia National Laboratories, hosted the 2016 Peer Review conference September 25-28, 2016, in Washington, DC. Research projects that received financial support from the DOE OE were required to participate. The annual Peer Review serves as a platform to describe, before science and engineering colleagues, how the funded work met certain criteria. The theme of this year's Peer Review was "iStorage" to reflect the innovative, integrated, intelligent, and international nature of current and developing research and electricity delivery. In research and academia, online resources provide a basis for continuing and expanding technologies. In delivery and distribution, the theme points to Energy Storage Applications (Apps), Devices (including patents and potentially commercial items), Technologies (varied), and Systems (demonstration and analytics).
