CANCELLATION NOTICE
ESH100.4.FI.5 is cancelled effective 09/15/2011. This procedure is cancelled as CG100.6.3, Perform Assessments, describes the requirements, implementation steps--including documentation--necessary to perform management surveillances. CG100.6.3 also provides the instruction to standardize management surveillances under the approved corporate assurance framework which serves all policy areas. CG100.6.3 is ISO 9001 compliant and was published on 04/20/2009.
