Update Notices overview
The Update Notices summarize the changes made to Sandia's Standard Documents during each quarterly update cycle (usually in March, June, September, and December). They are a rich-text (.rtf) copy of the transmittal e-mail and external address list for each update. An identical Update Notice is distributed within Sandia Labs. On rare occasions, an out-of-cycle update may be published for exceptionally urgent updates.
Please note the update process takes some time to accomplish and verify, and that new or revised documents may appear on the web site in the days prior to publication of the official Notices. Sandia's contract documents may require download and use of the most current documents on the web site, regardless of whether the Update Notice has been published.
Also note Sandia may correct typographical errors and make other minor changes in the web pages and related products at any time, and at its sole discretion. These changes may not be explicitly announced in the Notices if such error corrections do not affect the contractual intent of the Documents. |
