The ECN is fueled by volunteer activity, and we can certainly use your help! Here are some options for participation:

Join one of the active research groups by notifying the following group leaders:

Diesel sprays: Lyle M. Pickett (LMPicke@sandia.gov)

Gasoline sprays: Scott Parrish (scott.parrish@gm.com)

Engine flows and combustion: Sebastian Kaiser (sebastian.kaiser@uni-due.de)

Needs/requirements for coordinated modeling and experimental activities for the April 2013 ECN workshop are now advertised. Please consider joining in these activities.

Want to add data to the ECN? Here's how:

  • Add well-documented, model-validation data to the online database for diesel sprays by completing this template (.xlsx, 16KB). ECN members will review and we'll post it online.
  • Develop pages to document your work on the ECN by using this template and tutorial (.zip file 1.6 MB)
  • or/and, Provide links to your own website (Example: http://sandia.gov/ecn/cvdata/otherinst/cmt.php)
