Videoconference Help

Videoconferencing has a new VC Help site. This is a resource for videoconferencing room users to have a place to get up-to-date information on user manuals from CA and NM, equipment tips, and how to prepare and conduct a successful meeting.

We are introducing our new Survival Skills handouts. The handouts consist of preparation tips, how to use Conference Room Scheduler or using outlook to setup a meeting workplace. We have a new online request form to make it easier to request and schedule a videoconferencing setup. You can still call our 845-2000 (option 2) to request and schedule your videoconferening meetings.

We hope this site will help and assist you with successful meetings in the future.
