iSupplier

If a contract is awarded, the supplier must register in the iSupplier portal in order to submit electronic invoices, and receive payments online.

iSupplier also allows for easy access to real time information regarding:

To Register:

Step 1: Go to the iSupplier Registration page and enter Company Details, User Details and click Register.

Step 2: You will receive an e-mail when your registration is approved.

Step 3: You can request a username and password after registration is approved via the Supply Chain Help Desk. You will need to change your password within 3 days.

Step 4: Log into the iSupplier portal with your password and enter your company information (under the Business Classification tab), including socio-economic data and capabilities (under the Products/Services tab) to complete the process.

Sandia Sourcing Tools include the U.S. Government Central Contracting Database and the Small Business Administration Dynamic Small Business Search Database.


Registration requires completion of all information including checking the boxes for Small Business Socio Economic Categories. Small Business Definitions

 


CCR


Sandia uses the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database for supplier sourcing. CCR is the primary registrant database for the U.S. federal government. CCR collects, validates, stores, and disseminates data in support of agency acquisition missions.

Sandia Utilizes the Dynamic Small Business Search to identify Small Business types, Certification States, Ownership and Self-Certifications, General and Specific Nature of the Businesses, Minimum Acceptable Bonding Levels, Quality Assurance Standards, Size of Businesses, Capabilities etc.
