E-invoice Overview

Electronic Invoicing is now available through Sandia's iSupplier network.

E-invoice is completely paperless and reduces cycle time by eliminating physical mail.  Participation is highly encouraged and provides the following benefits:

  • Faster, more reliable invoice submittal
  • Faster payment, reduced cycle time
  • Online payment status
  • Security of invoice/payment detail

E-invoice facilitates Sandia’s mission to provide efficient stewardship of taxpayer resources.  Sandia also encourages use of Electronic Funds Transfer (ETF) payments, completing a paperless cycle
