Help Desk (iSupplier and Accounts Payable)
The Help Desk is a team dedicated to assist suppliers with iSupplier Registration Accounts Payable and specific contract inquiries.
- Direction on how to register into the iSupplier database and receive a password to log onto the system.
- Assistance to current registered users on how to update company profile in iSupplier (i.e., address, socioeconomic status, etc.).
- Help in viewing invoices and payments that are accessible through iSupplier.
- Trouble shooting to resolve configuration issues that occur when suppliers attempt to access Sandia's external WebPages. (i.e., firewall, cookies, etc.).
- Guidance on who to contact regarding specific business inquiries (i.e., invoices, purchase orders, etc.).
