Progress in the efficiency of DAKOTA’s optimization under uncertainty (OUU) algorithms over time. Relative to a standard nested approach to OUU, trust-region surrogate-based optimization under uncertainty (TR-SBOUU) algorithms reduced expense by two orders of magnitude.
