Every person in the United States depends on SAFE Agricultural Production, Processing, and Distribution for Life and Health. Billions of dollars are lost and people die when farm-to-fork systems fail. Sandia National Laboratories is therefore starting an Agricultural and Food Safety Initiative in the interest of National Security to develop technology to protect the agricultural infrastructure of the United States of America.
