In the breakout sessions, we would like to accomplish three things:

• We want to test our ideas and get additional insight from you.
• We want to determine some areas in which we can partner with
  you to help you meet your mission requirements.
  
• We want to achieve buy-in from you on the concepts. We hope
  to convince you -- industry, government, universities -- to
  participate with us in the February event. We are soliciting your
  comments as to how we can improve the presentation so that is
  is attractive to Congress.
