Sandia is establishing, in collaboration with the DOE, the DoD, Industry, and Academia, the PHM Center of Excellence, which will champion technology development and technology test and validation capabilities.
The COE advances PHM state-of-the-art through experimental analysis and relevant research, comprehensive science-based modeling, simulation, experimentation, and through technology transfer.
