Deployment Service Model


Cost for this service is based on the number of participating organizations (cost sharing). This service model covers a one year period of time and requires management commitment, support and participation. Additionally, management must select up to 3 individuals to participate as coordinators. The maximum number of organizations that may participate is 5, with a minimum of 3 to initiate the service model. The maximum number of coordinators that may participate from each organization is 3 with the total number not to exceed 15. The service model includes the following:

 

  • 2-day ISO 9001:2000 Awareness, Implementation, Documentation Course (COORDINATORS)
  • 2-day ISO 9001:2000 Internal Auditing Course (AUDITORS)
  • 4-hour ISO 9001:2000 Overview (all participating organization employees)
  • 110 hours of on site facilitation for ISO 9000 development, implementation and deployment (coordinators)
  • Compliance audit at the end of one year
