Soda-Lime Glass
The soda-lime glass data file contains thermochemical information for the condensed phases
and gaseous species in the Na-Ca-Si-O-C-H system. The liquid solution utilizes a modified
associate species approach to represent the thermochemistry of the system. Binary and
ternary subsystems reasonably reproduce available published phase equilibria and combine
to represent the global system. No solid solutions are modeled and thus all crystalline
phases are treated as stoichiometric compounds. This will introduce some errors at the
extremes where only small fractions of a constituent are present.
