Call our hotel directly at toll free 866-345-0010. Mention that you are with the American Association for the Advancement of Science Southwestern and Rocky Mountain Division to get your negotiated rate ($68.00 single / double occupancy - suites are available for an additional $20.00).

Your group is set up to allow you to arrive up to 5 days before and stay 5 days after your event dates, based on availability.
If you need shuttling to and/or from the airport, please let us know when you make your reservations. Our shuttle runs from 7AM-7PM to the airport and in a 5 mile radius around the hotel – 1 day advance notice required.
